The CAMPs

Mara Legends Camp

In the middle of Masai Mara

The Mara Legends Camp is located in a natural bush forest right beside the Olarro Orok River. The tents are carefully tucked to blend into the natural environment.

The camp is surrounded by wild animals all year round, making it a perfect destination for game viewing. Its only a short drive to reach the crossing points of the wildebeest during the great migration.

The Camp is located just a 10 minutes’ drive from the Ole Kiombo Airstrip.

The Olarro Orok River meanders in front of the tents which is the home of a large Hippo population, crocodiles and monitor lizards. Once you enter your accommodation you can listen to the grunts and wheezes of the wild animals.

Due to the location in the middle of the protected area, the game drive can be enjoyed from the first warm sun rays to the sunset in the wilderness and offers sufficient time to use the ideal lighting conditions. In the evening and at night the guests will only hear the sounds of nature. The camp is not fenced, therefore we get visitors such as Hippos, hyena and even cats.
