The TRip
Day 1 ( 20 Oct ) - Land at Jomo kenyatta airport and transfer to Nairobi Tamarind tree hotel, Kenya. Here we spend a night on bed and breakfast basis. ( Optionally, transport can be arranged if you need to drive around the city, depending on what time you land )
Day 2 ( 21 Oct )– After breakfast, by 7:30, our journey begins with the drive to Masai Mara and reaching our camp by 14:30. After checkin and post lunch, proceed for your first game drive in the evening. Return to the camp by 18:30, relax and post dinner, retire.
Day 3 to Day 5 ( 22 - 24 Oct ) – Early wakeup, out of the camps by 5:30 to explore one of the greatest parks in the world through morning and evening game drives. Our focus will be on the big cats of the Mara. See the BiG 5 of Africa. The Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino and Cape Buffalo. You can also take an optional hot air balloon ride to get an aerial view of the Mara.
Day 6 ( 25 Oct )- Post breakfast, checkout and enjoy your last morning game drive in the park enroute to Naroibi.
On arrival transfer to Jomo Kenyatta airport for onward international departures.

Please note that oral polio and yellow fever vaccination is mandatory for entry into Kenya. ( In Kuwait , this can be availed at MOH, ports and borders division, Shuwaikh )

The Experience
Masai Mara National Game Reserve
Maasai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. Its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers. The area nearby is dotted with villages (enkangs) of Maasai people.
Gazelle, wildebeest and zebra graze in large numbers and where prey is found so are predators. Not only is this a great place in which to find game, but also the wide greeny-gold savannahs spotted with thorn trees make it ideal for photography. The Mara, as it is known in Kenya, is ravishingly beautiful and also offers long, undisturbed views and utterly dramatic panoramas. The weather really means something here. The sun may beat down unforgivingly, huge clouds in fabulous shapes may sweep across the widest of skies, and the wind ripples the grasses as though they are stroked by a giant hand. The landscape is stunning.

This uniquely situated luxury camp on the banks of the Talek River overlooks the mottled plains of the Maasai Mara, where vast herds of wildlife co-exist with the colourful Maasai people.
Between June and October the Maasai Mara plays host to one of the most spectacular wildlife shows on earth the great annual migration of over a million wildebeest and zebra as they enter the Mara ecosystem from the Serengeti in neighbouring Tanzania. Tipilikwani's 20 tents enjoy river frontage and are decorated with warm, rich Maasai colours. The family tents have a stand alone bath tub in addition to showers. Excellent food, personalized service and traditional Kenyan hospitality further compliment the prime location..
Game drives offer the unforgettable opportunity to enjoy the diversity of animals and birds living permanently in the Masai Mara, as well as many migratory species. Guests can also learn more about the Masai people, proud pastoralists and warriors, many of whom still retain their traditional nomadic lifestyle.
